refactor: improve group and toggle-group improvements

Refactored Group and ToggleGroup to remove flicker on end-of-group menu triggers and improve dark-mode visuals across separators and popups. Also improved accessibility for the “Group with end text” example. Addresses Linear CUI-101.

• Bug Fixes

  • Eliminated separator/hover flicker in Group/ToggleGroup when the last item is a trigger, especially in dark mode.
  • Fixed popup background clipping in Autocomplete and Combobox for dark mode.

• Refactors

  • Unified Button/Toggle hover and pressed behavior for consistent styling; refined Group/ToggleGroup separator and orientation styles.
  • Rendered GroupText with Label in p-group-8, updated input id for association, and added @coss/label to registry dependencies.
