This PR introduces the AutoLayout functionality to the NodeView component. It downloads and bundles elk.bundled.js (an ELK Javascript build) via h5.json, then registers a new "Auto Layout" toolbar button in BaklavaJS via NodeView.cs.

When clicked, the C# AutoLayout() method executes Javascript that extracts the current Baklava node structure and connections, formats them into an ELK graph, executes the layered algorithm natively in the browser, and then updates the x and y positions of each node with the calculated layout parameters.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 2054749689093835520 started by @theolivenbaum

- Adds `elk.bundled.js` to `h5.json` bundled assets
- Adds `AUTO_LAYOUT_COMMAND` to `NodeView.cs`
- Registers "Auto Layout" toolbar button with `UIcons.MagicWand`
- Implements `AutoLayout()` method in `NodeView.cs` using the ELK algorithm mapped to BaklavaJS graph structure
