last time there was a major electron update (electron 27 / v13.6.5), it dropped support for macOS 10.13/10.14 and changelog / migration-guide don't have that information

I think this is a little different, because it's dropping support for a major macOS version 10.x.

It would fit well into the top section of https://docs.cypress.io/app/references/migration-guide#Migrating-to-Cypress-140

My question was aimed more at the Cypress.io team than you, so I would wait to see what their views are.
