As asked, here my pull request to update to python3.
Besides the core python3 changes, it also contains changes to logging, partially commented out. Not sure this is helpfull to all.
On measurements: one could add UV to the list. See comment.
And I think the wind speed comes in km/h, already, so no factor needed. This seems to be correct in my case, not sure about others.
