Linking to scribe tutorial for parallelization

Describe your changes
I added an embedded scribe for parallelization. The scribe is pretty limited as it stands currently. If we want to cover more options than localCluster parallelization then we can edit the scribe or link out to those options, but I'm not sure that scales well for the scribe. I left the images that Parag had in from some workshop but I think those generalize reasonably well.
