⚠️ Depends on #128. This describes the script in that PR, since we might not be able to run it in CI. I can also just remove that bit in order to remove this dependency. (Update: That PR has been merged.)

I’m not sure if we’re ever going to get around to scripted release process here, so I added a contributing guide that has instructions on how to do a release (including all the various bits and bobs that should be updated along the way, since they have been missed before).

Fixes #91.

This adds a `CONTRIBUTING.md` guide that includes instructions for maintainers on how to publish releases (since we do it manually, and there are a bunch of steps you want to keep in mind and not forget). Fixes #91.
