- Change default CRS to GDA94 (backend and frontend) and set up project so changing the CRS in future is trivial (still requires 2 django migrations - one for data and one for schema as documented in /change_default_crs_migration_steps.md)
- Embed encoded logo image into emails rather than relying on an image url to our servers
- Implement first version of remaining KB SQL statements to generate layers
- Dev ops task 15617: ORF & OCC Map: Ability to upload geometry files in GeoJSON format (also can download shapefile now)
- Update backend and frontend packages
