Port Fabric PR dbt-msft#315: add sqlserver-specific unit-test materialization and nested-CTE detection (sqlserver__unit_test_create_table_as, unit materialization). Use an intermediate view + SELECT INTO / CREATE+INSERT to avoid EXEC-wrapped CTAS and ensure labels are applied inside valid T-SQL. Prepare for Python 3.13 compatibility (support pyodbc >= 5.2 required by fabric 1.9.6).
