This allows nesting stories under "epics" and sub-stories under stories, to assist with release planning.
Each unparented issue under a milestone is considered an "epic"; issues may be parented to an epic (or as a sub-story to a story) using drag-and-drop. (An issue and its sub-issues are "unparented" by dragging them to the margins outside the active range.)
The UI now allows creation of both stories and comments, with markdown preview.
This also includes work to improve the rendering of GitHub markdown using an open source clone of the GitHub proprietary CSS and careful DIV scoping.
