I'm waiting for a deepin-community member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

When apt downloads a deb package, it caches the deb file into the archives directory and then invokes dpkg to perform installation and configuration. However, before installation, apt checks the size of the deb file in the archives directory to ensure that this deb matches the one on the target server. Nevertheless, we want an optional method to skip this size check so that when we have made some modifications to certain deb files (for example, repackaging after unpacking, or more directly, a deb file virtually generated from a fuse file system), these deb files can still be considered as valid cache by apt, thereby allowing normal installation and updates using apt.
