github pr中包含ts翻译文件更新时触发运行，通过大语言模型做多语言翻译，然后更新到transifex， github的transifex机器人会自动更新ts文件并追加到pr。
备注： 该任务可能会导致循环触发，浪费线上ai 模型的token。
