Add a bilingual guide (English + 简体中文) covering QoderWork CN, Qoder CLI and Qoder Desktop, with DeepSeek as a built-in first-party model and a step-by-step BYOK walkthrough. - Install instructions for QoderWork CN (qoder.com.cn/qoderwork), Qoder CLI (macOS / Linux / Windows) and Qoder Desktop. - Built-in DeepSeek usage across QoderWork CN, CLI and Desktop with context window (200K / 400K / 1M) and thinking effort (high / max) configuration. - BYOK walkthrough for CLI and Desktop with redacted screenshots of the wizard, settings and chat selector. - README entries and Qoder guide link in both languages.
