- Add rerun-failed-smoke.sh script to automatically retry failed/dead smoke jobs once after a daily run completes
- Fix build/suite SHA mismatch by using the same SHA for both --sha1 and --suite-sha1 in teuthology-suite commands, preventing errors like ImportError or missing symbols (e.g. RBD_LOCK_MODE_EXCLUSIVE_TRANSIENT)
