Modernized the "How It Works" section with improved visual design and user engagement.

What Changed

• 3-column grid layout with responsive stacking on mobile
• Gradient-backed cards with glassmorphic backdrop effects
• Interactive hover states featuring lift animations and dynamic shadows
• Larger step indicators (20x20) with enhanced visual prominence
• Refined typography with improved spacing and readability
• Animated CTAs with smooth arrow transitions

Technical

• Refactored with processSteps data structure for easier maintenance
• Added staggered AOS animations (100ms delay between cards)
• Maintained sketch-style design system consistency
