What Changed

  • Updated the startup-goal and web-design workflow manifests to use the upstream emilkowalski skill sources.
  • Refreshed the corresponding lockfiles with new resolved names, hashes, and timestamps.
  • Adjusted the skill installer mapping so emilkowalski sources are treated as canonical and interface-craft names remain compatibility aliases.
  • Updated workflow, omniskill, CLI, and skill-installer tests to match the new source ordering and log assertions.

Why

  • Aligns bundled workflows with the current upstream skill naming while preserving compatibility for legacy interface-craft references.
  • Keeps installs and validation working across both naming schemes without changing workflow behavior.

How to Test

  • Run the workflow bundle and installer test suites to confirm both canonical and legacy sources resolve correctly.
  • Verify the updated workflow manifests still validate and produce the expected companion skill lists.
  • Confirm CLI output assertions still pass for package install and plan flows.

Additional Notes

  • This is a naming and compatibility update only; no workflow logic changed.
  • Lockfile hashes changed because the resolved upstream skill identifiers changed.
  • Not run (not requested)
