Mtr has a number of issues that basically boil down to IP reporting. Traceroute is more accurate for some reason.

Traceroute update.

Added new traceroute command that uses mtr under the hood to generate some stats and network path.

• This may not be the best thing ever but the accuracy in rtt,latency,,, etc measurements is higher than one used in the carbon command currently.
• Electricity Maps for some reason decided to ruin their public API offering hence I am currently looking for a suitable replacement. Could consider strictly using old 2024 data hosted somewhere?
