This PR closes #927
with the following changes i created the assets endpoint in the admin route, and for now since there is no method implemented for me to call , i added a placeholder there , so when the statistics assets method has been implemented , you can just call it there in the placeholder
also i commented out the test i added since it was going to fail because of the place holder i added
