feat(proton-pass): batch pass-cli reads to reduce repeated prompts

Summary

• batch Proton Pass secret reads through a short-window queue using pass-cli run --no-masking -- env -0
• keep per-secret item view fallback for batch failures/unresolved refs so error handling remains robust
• add Proton Pass plugin tests with a fake pass-cli harness for batch, fallback, partial batch, missing secret, and auth-error flows
• add plugin Vitest config and update Proton Pass docs to describe batched run + item view fallback
• add bumpy patch file for @varlock/proton-pass-plugin

Validation

• bun run --filter @varlock/proton-pass-plugin test
• bun run --filter @varlock/proton-pass-plugin typecheck
• bun run lint:fix
