Ah i didnt see this PR and made another that checks if the talent is actually "blade rush" to enable the new tickrate, can you explain to me what you're doing here? How does this only target druids? |

This fix doesn't only target druids, it just disables energy ticker when it's disabled in config. My description could have been better. |

Removed the second ticker seen in cat form. It was ticking at the wrong rate. Making it impossible to use the tick rate to time attacks.
