Summary
Call out that distro-provided (non-portable) and Microsoft-provided (portable) builds may have a different
RuntimeInformation.RuntimeIdentifiervalue.Replace the Ubuntu 20.04 example with Debian 12. Ubuntu 20.04 as the example is confusing, since newer version of Ubuntu (22.04+) have non-portable builds provided by the distro.
