To have HasSetupDialog throwing an exception doesn't make much sense here as it should simply indicate if it is available or not and was also causing issues when using the IDevice instance.
Therefore two instances where an exception is thrown were replaced by either false (HasSetupDialog) or an empty implementation body (TempComp) as it is also done in NINA
