Some behaviors related to events and registrations are largely domain specific. Therefore implementations of some features are unlikely to be suitable for everyone; and instead can be implemented and maintained better in third party modules.

I commit to providing and maintaining necessary internal API's to facilitate the following features that are not exposed in the core module:

• Modify groups on a registration in UI. [Related Issue]
• Modify registrants on a registration in UI. [Related Issue]
