Added argument support, currently only does output format. Added togglable output support for json and basic, so you can output a json file if needed. Added basic composer library to handle guzzle dependency.

Switched file_get_contents to guzzle to be more reliable.

The composer.json should probably be changed to something under drupalcommerce, it's just my github default for now cause I didn't know what was best.
