I think I'd much prefer sw.tool.c++runtime.16_1 over the !sw.tool.c++runtime.17_1, but I am not sure that is the runtime installed or even labeled on all the test systems. Would be easy to update the node configs though.

We can use this for testing jdk25, but I'm not going to merge it since we don't have enough test machines to make this change to jdk25. For the moment we can do next only, either modifying this or creating a new PR.

You might need to fix the merge conflict before PR testing works.
