This needs checking, probably by David or Alice. Should be compared to https://github.com/ecolistening/SoundADE/blob/dac/scripts/astrograms.py.
There's a vast amount of re-indexing that goes on in this aswell, which will cause a lot of slowdown with dask. Some of it probably makes sense, i.e. regarding group operations, but others might not be necessary.
