This marks the first pre-release of Edgeboxctl, and contains every functionality worked so far.

It comes from the necessity of having releases tagged that can be easily downloaded so they can be packaged in distribution processes edgebox-iot/ua-netinst-config and edgebox-iot/cloud-image-builder.

This is a pre-release software, not ready for production or public use.
