@hunzlahmalik Registrar service has been deprecated from Open edX so you'll need to coordinate with 2U to progress on this PR. I'm not sure about 2U's stance on the upgrade right now on accepting open source contributions on this repo. |

Deprecate STATICFILES_STORAGE and DEFAULT_FILE_STORAGE, and use STORAGE to upgrade to Django 5.2
