Removes yaml tests (and associated test runner) that have been semi-broken for a while. They were never really useful for this client as what they test is essentially the ability to parse responses as a JSON tree and check some patterns in it.
Also removes
TEST_SUITEas the distinction betweenfreeandplatinumno more makes sense and we just useplatinumsince security has been enabled by default in Elasticsearch since 8.0.0
