Hey there, I assume that the alphabetical ordering of the repo's is some of the housekeeping that you guys do every now and then.

Hello thanks for the PR, can you explain why these repos are considered part of the Polkadot Network?

Hey @yizhao-ec ,
good catch, there is indeed no indication that the schnorrkel repository is focussing on Polkadot. I'll remove it from the the PR.

Peer3 reiceived funds from the Polkadot network and is committed to deploy a production version on Polkadot. See this tweet. Thus it makes sense for me to count their efforts towards the Polkadot network, even though their SDK is generally framed as VM agnostic. Let me know if that's sufficient.

@yizhao-ec, it's forked from https://github.com/w3f/schnorrkel, and most of the changes in it are in the process of being merged back into the w3f repo.
