This PR introduces integration tests, as discussed in this conversation. The tests are structured to be easily extensible for future additions.
✅ All tests passed except for
Create_secret_With_DefaultReflectorAnnotations_Should_Replicated_To_All_Newly_Created_Namespaces, which reproduces the issue reported in #478.Additionally, I have integrated the test execution step into the CI pipeline to ensure automated validation in future updates.
