Looks good so far. I will add a few remarks once I have some more time. I can also take a look at updating the Checker Development section for the Python Checker, since that is pretty outdated by now. |

Things to discuss as my main approach would be to make this the central knowledge repository:
I would recommend using this as documentation for the whole ENO* World. But it should not include API or Library Documentation (e.g. https://enowars.github.io/enochecker/enochecker.html) but guides like (https://enowars.github.io/enochecker/guide/index.html)
I would include the TENETS here because the other to specification will also be going away (I only made minor editorial modifications):
I will add some more section on infrastructure etc. as discussing in the chat.
