Pair Programming

  • Two to three per pair
  • code committed to main requires at least one review (from your partner)
  • Typically one experienced and one junior
  • Typically responsible for one key system and potentially others
  • Each pair needs to have at least one team member available at every practice
  • if your partner is gone, fill them in
