Document the `koopmans run <seed>.json` invocation across the READMEs and tutorials, and correct the installation instructions to require python 3.10 (matching pyproject.toml) using the stdlib `python3 -m venv`. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
