This service will allow people to automagically collect data about their workouts and monitor their progress.

Just found this yesterday of someone counting pull ups with a device. https://jcs.org/notaweblog/2012/04/25/counting_pull-ups/

Trainer without a trainer or when you are unable to have one. Ability to sense when you're being pushed too hard or not hard enough and to adjust for them... see their progress.

Measure time between each rep to sense if it is getting more difficult for the user. If they do it too quickly then lets increase the difficulty.
