Running MyFlightbook requires the ability to perform a wide array of behind-the-scenes support functions, from data management to supporting user questions to reporting.

I have a PowerPoint slideshow that walks through most of this.

There is also a video of a webinar from 2020 that walks through much of the PowerPoint referenced above. The site and the slides have evolved a bit since then, of course, but it's still all pretty relevant.

Three videos, though, are particularly useful for managing data, particularly user-generated data:
