Fix invalid MIT license URL in published library POMs

The MIT license URL in the Maven POM configuration uses the deprecated OSI URL format https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT, which no longer resolves correctly.

Updated license URL from https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT to https://opensource.org/license/mit/ in all published library modules:

The corrected URL uses the current OSI URL structure (singular "license", lowercase identifier).
