1. Reduce Rate Limits

  • Outbound Rate Limits: Set to 50 ETH per 12 hours for all 17 peer chains
  • Inbound Rate Limits: Set to 50 ETH per 12 hours for all 17 peer chainsx

2. Deprecate Native Minting Feature

  • Action: Revokes MINTER_ROLE from the Blast L2 Sync Pool (blastConfig.L2_SYNC_POOL)
  • Impact: The sync pool can no longer mint new weETH tokens, effectively disabling the native minting feature

3. Enable Final Sync & Dust Clearing

  • Action: Sets minimum sync amount for ETH to 0
  • Target: ETH address 0xEeeeeEeeeEeEeeEeEeEeeEEEeeeeEeeeeeeeEEeE
  • Impact: Allows syncing any remaining dust amounts (even very small amounts) from the sync pool
