I'm sorry I have not been able to make winget work correctly for 3.0

I'm afraid I wont be able to dedicate more time to winget support.

Do you think we could try to make this work from another repository ? You would be able to maintain it yourself.

This PR is mainly to automate the winget release cycle flow via a github action, for every release of your package. In case it is not merged, which is totally ok, everyone can still publish newer versions of f3d to the winget-pkgs repo, and await for merging by microsoft maintainers.
One can do so via eg Komac update.
You can safely close this PR, and if I need an up-to-date version of f3d that is not yet pushed to winget-pkgs, I can release it with komac, or someone else can.
