InviteForm: send the human-readable label as the value (e.g. "100–500",
"Talk") so admin emails show real audience size and format instead of
internal codes ('m', 'talk'). No mapping layer in the email pipeline.
Blog detail page (/blog/[slug]):
- Move TOC from 240px sidebar to inline card above the body so long
section names have room to breathe. Article body widens to 760px.
- Add scoped .blog-card styles (Astro scopes per-component, so the
related-posts grid had been rendering unstyled). Category badge,
cover image, title, 2-line excerpt clamp, mono meta line — matches
the writing hub visual grammar.
