How to test

• Test legal search
• Does loading GIF work as you would expect?
• Test that search-types with no results are pushed to bottom when searching "All"
• Test legal datatables (MUR, ADR, Statutes, Regulations, AFs) to confirm keyword query is persisted in field and included in searches combining keyword with other flters
