Consumers should pin a released tag for reproducible CI. All usage examples in README, docs/ci.md, and docs/quickstart.md now reference the current release tag.

uses: felmonon/agent-reliability-harness@mainexamples now pin@v0.2.1. Mutable@mainrefs are a legitimate supply-chain / reproducibility criticism for a composite action; released tags exist, so examples should use them. Docs-only change; 194 tests still pass.
