How to best visualize original movie minus estimates (Y - AC) after CNMFE

I want to evaluate my CNMFE estimates by showing my original movie without the spatial-temporal components. I tried using Y - AC, but CNMFE also provides a background estimate via compute_background(Yr). Should I use Y - AC to visualize and refine my estimates, or is displaying the background alone better? My goal is to view the movie without spatial/temporal traces.

If anyone has suggestions for better visualization/ refinement methods in general I would love to hear them.
