As Microsoft formats .editorconfig files like .ini files in markdown, we should probably do the same.

Before:

[*.cs]
ffa_excluded_methods=M:NUnit.Framework.Assert.Fail;M:NUnit.Framework.Assert.Fail(System.String)

After:

[*.cs]
ffa_excluded_methods=M:NUnit.Framework.Assert.Fail;M:NUnit.Framework.Assert.Fail(System.String)
