I've made some updates in packages and code so it can be run again with node12/npm6.
I'm not really savvy with node so I refrained from updating libraries and code more than needed.
The download verification still fails due to an issue with the regex in
sumcheckerbut the data can be loaded successfully into mongodb.I've also made some changes on how the dates are processed so they always match
YYYY-MM-DDformat. This can be rolled back if you want to preserve backwards compatibility.Hope this can help.
