I factored out some stuff into https://github.com/JuliaPluto/GracefulPkg.jl

Try this Pull Request!

Open Julia and type:

julia> import Pkg
julia> Pkg.activate(temp=true)
julia> Pkg.add(url="https://github.com/fonsp/Pluto.jl", rev="gracefulpkg")
julia> using Pluto
