Hit this while debugging a captcha loop.
This keeps the captcha/mfa futures from being completed twice, avoids calling exception() on cancelled close futures, and does not clear the captcha image before the submit finishes.
Also avoids crashing the form if the captcha image is missing.
Checked with py_compile.
