Dependabot auto-closed PRs #108 (Microsoft.Agents.AI.OpenAI) and #112 (Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration/Hosting.Abstractions) claiming they were "updatable another way," but neither dependency was actually bumped on main. Apply the same version targets manually: - Microsoft.Agents.AI.OpenAI 1.17.0 -> 1.21.0, matching the Microsoft.Agents.AI.Workflows bump already merged (#109) to keep the Microsoft Agent Framework packages in lockstep. - Microsoft.Agents.AI.A2A 1.17.0-preview.260804.1 -> 1.21.0-preview.260911.1, the third package in that lockstep trio, which dependabot never opened a PR for. - Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.Abstractions and Microsoft.Extensions.Hosting.Abstractions 10.0.10 -> 10.0.12, matching the Microsoft.Data.Sqlite bump already merged (#110).
