Renamed files

ColorRamp.tsx -> ColorRampControls.tsx
CanvasSelectComponent.tsx -> ColorRampSelector.tsx
ColorRampEntry.tsx -> ColorRampSelectorEntry.tsx

• Closes Color ramp component names and relationships between them are confusing #928
