add additional_identifiers property

this PR suggests to add a property additional_identifiers, similar to the externalIDS property in ogcapi:records

iso191115 and schema.org capture any additional identifiers (with their scheme) in an identifier-array

next PR will introduce the capability to read from and write to various profiles (schema.org, iso19115, ogcapi-records)

You don't use the metadata.dataseturi for doi?

Some of the use cases are:

• a resource which has different identifiers in different publication systems (isbn, issn, ...)
• a same record which has been harvested from multiple source catalogues, which each added their own identifier
• various versions of a resource, which when harvested may be clustered to a single record, see 10.5281/zenodo.14733168 and 10.5281/zenodo.14733169
