Pull Request Overview
This PR adds a GitHub Actions workflow to automatically generate SRS files from CSV data. The workflow is triggered daily via cron schedule and on pushes to main that modify CSV files.
Key changes:
- Automated build of the csv_to_srs Go tool
- Scheduled generation of SRS files from CSV inputs
- Automatic commit and push of generated SRS files back to the repository
